| 1. Click your mouse anywhere on the movie on the left. Type "admin" (without the quotation marks) blindly to view the login screen. You will not see anything as you type the word "admin". The login screen will only appear after typing the exact correct key sequence. Alternatively, you may click on the optional "Admin login" button. When you see the login screen, type "admin" for the username and password as well and press submit. |

2. The editable text and image fields will be surrounded by a dark Blue border. To edit text, click on an editable text field. This will open the text editing tool bar with which you may edit the text. |

3. Click on an editable image to open the image upload dialog window. Press "Browse" to open the file browser. Locate the image to insert from the list and press "OK" to return to the image dialog window where you may set the size and location of the image as well as enter a caption. |

4. Press the close button ("X") to exit the fCMS.
